K.R. Yuvith is an engineering graduate turned entrepreneur who has been in the business for the last 7+ years; hailing from a family in a similar line of business for over 40+ years in Chennai. This young stalwart of 37 years grabbed an opportunity to construct a house for a friend in 2014 and never looked back. What started as property development is now a full-blown private limited company that has set the benchmark in the real estate industry.

DIRECTOR

Nisha Yuvith is the backbone of Traventure Homes Pvt. Ltd. With an engineering degree, she has worked as an SAP consultant in software companies of India and Europe. Her dedication towards her field of understanding, multi-disciplinary skills and forward-thinking are paving way for Traventure Homes Pvt. Ltd. to become a leader in the industry of real estate.

RANJITH KUMAR VIJAYAN

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Ranjith is a dynamic stalwart with 15+ years of experience in automobile, software and real estate industry backing him and his vision to establish innovation-driven infrastructure. With a keen eye overlooking current market trends, his insights have driven Traventure Homes Pvt. Ltd. to grow the company’s arm into finance sector establishing Joint Ventures.
